I had a great time with my cousin LaDonna and her adorable family (well most of them) we were missing 3 of them, but with this many, how could you possibly get everyone free at the same time! They were such an awesome group of kids, exactly what I would expect though I guess. But I really don't know how she does it, and did I mention how great she looks!! Great job LaDonna! You have a great group of kiddos!! And they are all so stinking cute! Hope to see you guys (maybe all of you) again soon!

Well after over a month of waiting... I finally have internet at my house!!! YAY!! So now it will be much easier to keep things updated and to actually post a blog occasionally :)
First of all I just want to say thank you to all my wonderful clients that have beared with me during all of my studio to home transition. I finally think I have things back to a somewhat normal state! My nights and weekends are really starting to book up quickly for Senior and Fall sessions, the weather has been getting better and the leaves are finally starting to change. Wow I cannot believe how time has gotten away from me for so long! I cannot believe the last time I posted on here!! Hopefully with the new change, I will be able to keep this thing updated a little better! :)

As most of you know, I have moved!!! I am still doing my photography, just not in a studio setting, now I am going to be working out of my home, and doing mostly outdoor and school sessions. I will however still come to your home and do an indoor session if you would like.

I just rented the building where my studio was located, and the opportunity came that someone wanted to possibly buy the building, so that in turn was an opportunity for me to get out of my lease, and since I really have been taking more photos out of the studio than actually in the studio, I decided that I would just close the studio part totally and try to just operate out of my house. All of the clients that I have talked to have totally embraced this decision and are as excited about it as I am! Thank you to you all!! It has been a long and very stressful process getting everything moved in 2 weeks, and I think I am finally getting things situated, if I could just get the internet set up here at the house I would have no complaints!!
This move has also gave me an opportunity to change up the pricing and packages that I offer, I am still working on the details of this, but as soon as I get it all updated, I will post the changes. I think most of you will love the new plans!

Well after a much needed break (if that is what it is called) I am back in the studio and busy, busy. But I do promise I will have some of my recent (or maybe not so recent) sessions on here and facebook. I have been so swamped and just haven't found the time with all of the holiday rush to post here lately, but I am trying to do better.

I hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas, and that the new year is going great so far! Mine was great, just didn't seem to last long enough, and I do think I found a few days to relax, even if it was while playing Super Mario or Band Hero :)

We did manage to get a few snow days in, because you all know how I love the snow!!

Well we finally figured out a time everyone could get together for a family photo of these guys. When they get their photo taken it always puts the pressure on me to get my family's photo done. It was such a windy cold day, but we found a spot that wasn't too bad. I think after about 100 or more shots we got one where everyone was looking and had their eyes open. :)

Well we have had a hard time getting this session completed, but it was well worth the wait! I am so glad we waited for a good day to finish up the country shots. There were so many awesome shots, I just can't seem to narrow it down any further. I don't think there was a bad one in the whole "thousand" photos I took. This one was my favorite, but no matter what I have tried I can't get the yellow gum to disappear :) So black and white it is.

Well I finally talked them into it, and it was almost a disaster, but I guess we did get some decent photos out of it. A huge wave decided to come over the bank and wash all our stuff away in the middle of our shoot, ruining my phone. So that is why I was out of contact for a couple of days. But we are back and of course I got me another phone :) Can't live without that thing...LOL

( Half of the pics were ruined by some little 2 year olds yellow gum!! I guess that is what happens when I am not behind the camera and using a timer. I knew she would have to mess them up some how. :)

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that my studio will be closed until July 7, we are taking the girls to Cancun this year, since last year we missed them so much when we went and wanted them to enjoy it also. You will be able to contact me through my email, amcphoto@sbcglobal.net, while I am gone, because those who know me really well know that I can not live with out my phone :) I hope you all have a great 4th of July, and I'll be back to normal business on the 7th. I still will be able to accept and fill orders during this time, just won't be taking any appointments. Hopefully I will be coming back with alot of really great pics, but knowing my family they will probably be just of the beach. (Wish me luck!)

I have enjoyed so much getting the chance to watch this adorable little girl grow up! I can't believe she is going to be one! I have enjoyed each and every session with her, she has the sweetest personality that just shines through her sweet little smile! I hope you enjoy some of these photos as much as I did! Let me tell you this little girl really got into her session! She had so many poses that she came up with herself, I don't think I've laughed that hard in a really long time! It was a great session and I had a great time, how could it be bad with such a beautiful girl?? I even managed to get a few with her bff (lol) Lauren! Man are we going to have our hands full!!

Well I will have to say this was the most eventful session I have had yet, filled with ambulances and police, but even with all the excitement we were able to pull it together and get some really awesome shots!
